Respa Contract Hospitality Beds supplies mattresses, divans and headboards to hotels, guesthouses and student accommodation across the island of Ireland including Ashford Castle, Glenlo Abbey, Harveys Point and the Fitzwilliam Hotel Dublin, several of whom have worked with us for over fifteen years.
Every bed is handcrafted at our own factory in Oldcastle, Co. Meath, built for the wear of daily commercial use rather than adapted from a domestic range, and finished in Crib 5 fire-retardant fabrics as standard, for full compliance Irish commercial fire safety regulations.

Project Brief & Planning
A dedicated Respa project manager will be appointed to you, working closely to understand your requirements, including timeframes, budgets, room types, styling and the level of comfort required. We also review your stock, advise on it’s current condition and make any recommendations.
Specification & Design
Your project manager will work inhouse with the Respa Contract Beds design and technical team to provide a solution that meets your requirements. Our access to a wide range of Ignition Source 5 (Crib 5) fire retardant fabrics means we can also provide the materials, colours and textures that match your brand creating a bespoke solution.
Delivery & Installation
By working closely with your team, and assessing on-site access and procedures, Respa Contract Beds can ensure an efficient and timely installation. We also offer a removal and disposal service where we can dispose of your old beds in an environmentally friendly way.
After Service
At Respa, we believe in developing lasting relationships with our customers. Which is why we set out an agreed reassessment date with you to ensure you maintain the highest level of quality beds. Plus a long term replacement and upgrade plan to address any ongoing maintenance.
